What We Do

At Doula Diligence, we bring compassionate, personalized doula and pelvic floor physical therapy services directly to your doorstep.

A birth doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. While doulas are not medical providers and do not replace the care of your physician or midwife, they serve as an important addition to your birth team by offering guidance, comfort, advocacy, and support to help you navigate your choices and make informed decisions throughout your journey.

Pelvic floor physical therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy that focuses on the muscles and structures of the pelvic region to improve strength, coordination, relaxation, and overall function. It can help address a variety of concerns, including pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy-related changes, postpartum recovery, and core instability.

Doula and pelvic floor physical therapy services may be purchased independently, allowing care to be tailored to your individual needs. We support individuals experiencing pelvic health concerns such as stress, urge, and bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, painful intercourse (dyspareunia), coccydynia (tailbone pain), and more.
